Ideal salad for its freshness, it knows how to be appreciated throughout the year and is always successful.
Peel and grate the cucumber, then put it to drain in a colander (the trick is to salt the cucumber to make it drain faster).
In a salad bowl, put the yogurts, oil, vinegar, pepper and crushed garlic clove.
Chop or cut the mint into very fine pieces and add it to the salad bowl.
“Spin” the grated cucumber and add it to the preparation. Salt if necessary and mix.
Chill for at least 2 hours and serve.
Enjoy alone, with bread or as an accompaniment to salads.
