Local apricot tart with almond cream

The slight acidity of the apricot jam and the sweetness of the almond cream are a perfect match! What more can I say… Try this recipe and it will become a must-have in your recipe book!

Ingredients:

  • pastry
  • 500g apricot
  • 2 eggs
  • 15cl of milk
  • 40 g of almond powder
  • 40 g of brown sugar

Instructions:

1.

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Place the dough on a buttered tart pan or covered with parchment paper.

3.

Pit the apricots, cut them into pieces

4.

Place them on the pie crust.

5.
  • For the almond cream

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.

6.

Add the almond powder and milk. Mix well.

7.

Pour the almond cream over the apricots.

8.

Bake the tart for 30 min.
