250 g of sugar
25 cl of water
1 kg of mango (after peeling and pitting)

Instructions:

Heat the water and sugar. Turn off the heat as soon as it boils and let cool.

Blend the mangoes and add the lemon juice and cooled syrup.
3.
Then let the preparation set for about 45 minutes in an ice cream maker.
4.
Transfer to a box and place in the freezer for a few hours.
