Giraumon and malanga accras is best served hot, just after another raw vegetable or as an aperitif. You can replace the giraumon with carrot, and the malanga with cassava.

Ingredients:
200 g of giraumon
200 g of malanga
20 g of flour
1 pinch of baking powder or baking soda
1 vegetarian pepper
4 branches of chives
4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of thyme
salt and pepper
Instructions:

Peel, wash and finely grate the vegetables.
2.
Chop the branches of chives, parsley, garlic and chili pepper.
3.
Combine everything in a salad bowl. Mix well vigorously.
