When you have entered your bank details after validating an order, a control will be carried out by our banking interface.
It is this control that guarantees the security of your online payment and it is during this stage that your payment may be refused.
In this case, we advise you to contact your bank. The Bank will communicate to you the conditions related to transactions on the Internet and will help you to identify the problem.
It will be up to the customer to make himself available for the delivery window which will be specified by the seller on the delivery day chosen by the customer. By his signature, the customer certifies that he has recovered his order from the delivery person. If the customer is not available for the desired delivery day when he has paid the price of his order, the produce will be lost and then be discarded.
After order confirmation, L'Agri O Conso undertakes to deliver the produce to its customer at the address indicated on the day chosen (except for major bad weather).
The delivery is made in the time slot given by L'Agri O Conso by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorised by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Important : We invite you to be very precise when filling in the address field: door code, intercom, backyard, floor, locality.
Do not hesitate to add in the comment box all the information that can help the delivery person to accomplish his mission. Your phone is also a great help for the delivery person who uses it when he can't find you.
The Customer can contact the customer service of L'Agri O Conso for any question relating to the products or when placing an order.
In the event of damage or non-conformity of the products received, the buyer has the right of return under the conditions provided for below. Always check your order upon arrival. You have a period of three (3) hours to make any reservations with L'Agri O Conso in the event of missing products or degradation (by degradation we mean very damaged products and unfit for consumption).
